Usher and his ex-wife, Tameka, have been ordered by a judge to come to an agreement on the terms of their child custody arrangement, or the court will do it for them.
The former couple currently share joint custody of their two young sons, ages 4 and 3. They were married in 2007, and divorced not too long after in 2009. Tameka has made the statements that Usher is substantially behind on his child support payments, and should also be paying more than he does in the present moment.
Allegations against the singer regarding drug use were also made, and Usher has vehemently denied all of the allegations. He is seeking more time with his children. They are attempting to settle their dispute through mediation before the court hands down a decision for the both of them.
